FAQ
Do I need a patch test before my colour appointment?

Yes if you've never visited us before or it's been more than six months since your last colour with us.
How close to my colour appointment should I wash my hair? Is it better to colour dirty hair?

No dirty hair isn't better. Hair should be clean of oils but also shouldn't be washed less than 12 hours prior to an appointment, especially when having a colour pasted on the scalp as natural oils from our scalps act as a protective barrier, otherwise you may find the colour irrates you.

How long after my colour should I wait till I wash it again?

As long as possible but at least 48-72 hours. After a chemical service the cuticle slowly closes during this time so washing your hair too fast can cause the colour to fade faster.
How long should my toner last for?
This varies on a few factors such as condition, porosity, how much heat you use on your hair and how often you wash it. We expect toners to fade gradually after each wash, over a few weeks. If you have you main colour done every 6-8 weeks, expect to have a toner refresh every 3-4 weeks.
Do I have to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, we take a £30 deposit when booking colour services only. This is lost if you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or you don't attend the appointment.
What payments do you accept?

We accept cash, card, bank transfer or Paypal
