Skin testing

Skin testing must be carried out on any new client having a colour service or anyone who hasn't visited us in more than six months.

Failure to turn up for a skin test will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £30 is taken when booking all colour services. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy which means the deposit will be forefitted if a client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the appointment or does not attend.

You are free to reschedule bookings as long as this is done more than 48 hours before, in which case the deposit is safe and moves with the booking.
